Celebrating Femininity

We're celebrating being a woman. It's not objectifying, it's owning who you are.

Wearing dresses that flatter our shapes, being pampered and standing among other inspirational women. This can hugley boost your confidence.

We all suffer occassionally from bouts of low self-esteem - and there's no shame in that - but if you found a way to prevent this, wouldn't you want to share it with all women?

Celebrating Inner Strength

It takes a great deal of courage to stand up on a stage and put yourself forward as a Miss Heart of Wales finalist. And even more so, to open up about your life and struggles.

Our finalists do this, in hope to help others who're facing similar struggles. Part of this is supporting our chosen charity, B-eat.

Beat is the UK's only eating disorders charity and offers support to people suffering from eating disorders and aims to educate the public about these conditions.
