Sarah Fleming - Founder & National Director
Former Miss Wales, Sarah, created Miss Heart of Wales shortly after graduating from Durham University to build a platform that showcases the spectacular women of Wales; their intellect, strength and pride whilst boosting confidence and making friends along the way.
Likes: The immense feeling of pride watching all of the finalists grow in confidence... Spending time with her family, friends and dogs, baking and supporting welsh rugby.
Rhonda Fleming - Mother Heart of Wales & Co-Director
Californian-born Rhonda has been a huge inspiration to Sarah and consequently Miss Heart of Wales. She's a lifestyle and motivational coach who has a passion for inner-beauty and the benefits of leading an all organic, natural lifestyle. She's the go-to woman for support, lending inspirational words or just a warm hug and smile whenever we need, for both the team and finalists alike.
Likes: Beaches, sunshine, her pets and the 32 new daughters she gained in our wonderful 2012 finalists.
Martin Fleming - Venue Coordinator
Father of Heart of Wales and manager of our beautiful venue, Buckland Hall, Martin helps ensure that everything to do with the venue runs smoothly, from staff to staging he takes care of everything. This gentle irishman juggles all of his resposibilities maintaining and running such a stunning (and demanding) venue whilst being a wonderful father and pillar of support to both his children.
Likes: Playing lead guitar in his band - The Bandits and Buffy the family dog that follows him about all day.
Aisling O'Reilly - Creative Director & Pageant Choreographer
Fellow Durham University business student, Aisling has put her event planning knowledge and experience to use as an essential part of our team during the run up to the final. She also uses her years of experience running charity fashion shows and as a dancer to choreorgraph the grand final ensuring that the finalists are step perfect and have a brilliant time doing it. She does all this with an infectious energy that rubs off on everyone around her.

Justyn "Yudi" Fleming - Financial Director
Bath finance and accounting student, Yudi is our sums man. He helps us out with the dull and tiresome accounting side of things, including being the first to know our Miss Heart of Wales winner as he counts up the votes and even counting up the £4000 worth of small change and notes the finalists raised for our charity b-eat.
Likes: Football, in particular, (and unfortunately), Manchester United, television greats such as 90210, Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl and his sister's N64
