"I decided to be in a beauty pageant to boost my confidence. This is a problem most girls suffer with and I thought I could show everyone by doing the pageant that anyone could enter and you can look beautiful know matter what you look like. Each and every one of the girls were really sweet and the loveliest people I could have hoped to meet. This being my first pageant I was petrified but everyone made me feel at ease including Sarah's amazing mum! They couldnt have helped me more!! I never thought id do anything like this which is why i am sooo glad That i had the opportunity to do something for myself and others. By raising money and awareness for the chosen charity made me feel absolutely amazing and was an accomplishment. I hope to keep in touch with the girls and wish them all the best of luck for future."

"Miss Heart of Wales is an amzazing pageant that understands that beauty is not all about what a person looks like but it is what inside! I had the best time ever at the final off miss heart of wales, even though we were rehersing all morning and most of the afternoon it was alot of fun and all laughed when the rehersals didnt go quite right ( all came together perfectly in the end ) it was alot more relaxed then other pagaents i have entered! All of the girls were so lovely, it was an amazing day and would do it all over again in an instant x"
